I quitted SAMP for 3 months, but when I came back my mouse started lagging so bad. I have a Logitech mouse.It's almost impossible to shoot someone or even run in different directions because when I move the mouse it freezes for 1-2 seconds and then continues.

I think it`s something wrong with you`re hardware. Look in task manager for any procces that eats up alot of memory. Try reinstalling GTA. Update you`re video-card driver . Cheers !

thats happened to me, maybe
your ram is low
update your video card drive
your pc isn't strong enough to run games (low integrated graphics)
