It is possible to play basketball in samp? And Have command for to do it?

Short answer: No and no.
Long answer: yes, if you have a script to do it. There have been a couple of basketball scripts but they all seemed to be bulky and very glitchy.

Like Vince said, there are filterscripts made, but it's glitchy and to be honest, even if you made it smooth, for RP servers (If you have one that is) it just wouldn't work, because the samp object bballs ain't exactly realistic.
