Of course, if it's SA-MP related, just like how my modifications are..(as you can search my profile for threads..)

If you are releasing object modifications(Having to do with new SAMP objects.) then you can post them as a plugin, if it's a map, then release it as a map..

If they are GTA SA Texture modifications or Singleplayer placements, then place it in "Everything and Nothing."
