Put it in Plugins.
Put it in server.cfg
Start server.

Show me your server.logs if its crashing also show me your server.cfg

Ones you got the files open them up put streamer.inc into pawn/includes then put the streamer.so or streamer.dll into /plugins then open your server.cfg add streamer.dll or streamer.so were the plugin is on the server.cfg
