Android APK Database
#1

Hi guys,
Im thinking of starting up a database for .apk files for android devices. The database will have a description of the APK, some pictures, user reviews, etc...and of course, a free download with no annoying ads or surveys! I am hoping to make money with banner ads.

If you are interested in helping me, shoot me a pm.

UPDATE June 10: The website is currently underway, please click the link below, register an account and PUBLISH a site, it takes less than 5 minutes, but gives both of us a $10 credit.

<deleted, go away with your ads>
Thanks for helping!

Well, I sort of did, but didn't at the same time.

Let me explain, usually, sites like this naviagate you to like 50 other sites and adfly where you have to wait 30 seconds to download a file, etc. etc. We willl just have some banner ads on the top and bottom, out of the way.

What's wrong with just using ****** Play?

I didnt say anythong is wrong with them, but we will have some apps roms that arent allowed on play like adaway, etc.

So your plan I'd to host apps banned from ****** Play because they violated ******'s/Android's terms or broke laws, and make money off it as well.
Why does this plan sound flawed?

Basically, but some of the apps aren't allowed for ridiculous reasons, like they undermine other developers because they remove ads from their apps, and they dont want people to use ROMs so they dont keep those on the play store either, but none of the apps are illegal.
