Hi,
If my gamemode is restarting messages with players' leavings and joins will be spammed
How do I resolve this ?

This is because you're server is restarting and the players on it are leaving and reconnecting.

Removing the connect/disconnect message might resolve this.
However if you want to keep them, you've to check if you restarted the server.
Then only send these messages when the server is not in restarting mode.
