Why is it saying system not initialised and how can I fix it?

The include version of the sscanf being used is old version, I guess. Try recompiling with latest version and plugin, if an include of latest version is there?

The 0Admin system is completely glitched out it needs some repair from the creator. unless you have the knowledge you wont be able to fix it. but you could always try updating sscanf. that could help.
