My GTA SA won't start
#1

I have a netbook, An ASUS EEEPC
Specs are
Processor : Intel Atom™ CPU N450 1.67 GHz
RAM : 2GB
32 bit OS Win 7
Video card : Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150

So for a while now I've had San andreas installed on it but i've never actually got it to work, When i have problems like this I usually fix them myself but I've tried absolutely everything that's why I'm asking you guys.
When I start the game it just closes itself, No black screen, No crash report, No errors nothing.
When I look at the processes in task manager, The gtasa.exe is there for like 5 seconds then closes. So the game never actually starts up.
This is a list of things I've already tried

Reinstalling, didn't work
Running as administrator, didn't work
Running at a lower/higher res, didn't work
Compatibility mode, didn't work
Deleting the gta.set in the Gta sa user files folder, didn't work
Updating all my drivers (and i mean every single fuckin driver, i used a program called Slimdrivers ) guess what, that shit didn't work either.
Trying a website (Can your run it, or something like that) It basically tells you if your pc can run a certain game and the results were fine, It says that my PC can run the game.

So yeah that's basically it, im at the point where I have no idea what to do or what to try and ive searched everywhere on a fix for this but i just can't get it to work
I know the game can work because I have other games, Unreal Tornament being one example , Games that go fullscreen that work fine. Please help

PS: If this thread is in the wrong section, I'm sorry.

Does the single player work? If it does, the problem is in your SAMP.

Did you instal any mods? Some might make your game crash.

Did you buy the game or you downloaded it?
If you downloaded it, try downloading GTA:SA from a diferent uploader. If you buyed the game, it might be the old version and crashes when combined with the new SAMP for some reason.
