Contact the host, The Copyright Act should help you with your problems. As the host they would be liable for hosting copyright material but I'm sure you need to have evidence to prove that work is yours. Look more into the Act I did study it at one point.

The funny joke here is that probably none of those scripts were copyrighted. Have fun with using the Copyright Act, copyrighting isn't for free.

Intellectual property is copyrighted the second it exits your finger tips. As long as the work is original and tangible (capable of being defended), the producer of the work is the sole copyright owner.

This is not to say that copyrights cannot be established for additional protection from misuse.

Furthermore, you could make a case of the incident and take it to court. You simply need to prove that you are the original owner of the copy and that another individual has taken it and is using it against your will. Even if the individual is using a copy that has been modified, if it is vaguely similar enough to a certain extent a copyright claim can be established.

The images you see on ****** are copyright. If you read more into the Act you will understand that copyright isn't something you buy.

Most hosts will accept a DMCA complaint. You can read about them here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital..._Copyright_Act

Note: usually if you send in a DMCA you do so under penalty of perjury, so if you don't actually have a solid evidence over your copyright on the content and the person you are reporting decides to take you up on it in court, you could end up in a pretty difficult legal situation.
