Is it possible to add some custom skins to a sa-mp server?For example you can add custom skins in MTA.

No, MTA has a downloadable client side content, SAMP dosent, which means you cannot apply custom skins from your server on other player clients

I dont think its ever going to happen, this feature was already discussed many times with the dev team,
it appears that they prefer to keep samp the way it is, with its fast join system instead of forcing players to wait for download every time they join

Personally I don't want to download a load of low-quality mods made by server owners each time I join a server. I play SA-MP because it's SA-MP; not MTA.

OT: If you really need custom skins, get the players to download them from somewhere else and install them.
