I've used this on my own server, and its logs will show like yours. But it will detect your IP and the owners will ban them easily. So no point of following this video.

It's a few kids using a RCON Bruter i tried one before yea it doesn't and never works.. I tried it on my own server with the longest rcon password ever and then i remembered i can disable RCON like Mr Dugi said

You should open the Gamemode and then search for RCON PASS...change it and you are done

Just go to server.cfg and add a new line (if not added) and put in rcon 0.
