Well.. I am not really a good writer of stories, but here is it. I started to modify Los Santos to be more realistic. Be aware that this is a WIP (Work In Progress).
I will post screen shots of everything I added (Again it is WIP so you will see some unfinished barriers)

Too many cones! Beginner's mistake. Do you really think roadworkers have time to place like 100-ish cones? One cone every meter is more than enough.

I just want to say some thing that aren't on the screenshots (Didn't screenshoted it due it would take more than half of the page for every singel detail) I will tell you what else is in the map:
- Modified Pizza Stack in Idlewood
- Made the Gas Station safer (Added barriers on the gas station so someone can't just rush to it and make it explode)
- Made a little hangout corner for a gang on the other side of the road from the fire station

And I really suggest (If you will use my map for your server) that you add Angle Island to it. I don't take any credit for the map, but I want to tell you that it is just... Awesome for a RP server.

There is a Speedbump object, you don't have to use Barriers.
