I don't see what's wrong with the alternatives we have now. What's wrong with MySQL or SQLite?

It's support to be faster and better... I haven't used it though so this is what I've been told it was suggested for a modification I'm making.

I don't think there is actually a MongoDB plugin available, although it would be good to have one, MongoDB is actually quite nice.
