K, some time ago something messed up on my PC and i couldn't play any games on account of there being an error wen i start the application files (.exe). I then found that i could get around this by simply renaming the .exe file.

For example: 'gta_sa' will not work however 'gta_sa2' does work, so i can play the singleplayer

Problem is, with this multiplayer version, it looks for a file in my game dir. named gta_sa, which ofcourse it can't find cause i have to rename it in order to get it to work.

So on the one hand, the client can't find the file, on the other hand wen use the original file name, the game wnt start cause of the 64-bit error message

So does anyone know how i can change the name of the .exe file that the multiplayer version looks for from 'gta_sa' to 'gta_sa2', ty

uninstall then reinstall the game and don't touch a thing. then try.
