wow nice idea

It's pretty neat, but why did you post it separate to the IOS compatible website? It would be easier if you merged the two threads. Still, really nice. I'd like to check out your server. It sounds like it has some cool features here.

Awesome. How does it work though?

This looks nice! I am guessing you used Visual Basic or Visual C#?

Freaking awesome! I wish I could understand that socket jibber jabber.

Are you sure people are going to use this? I think this is quite useless since you have IRC, Skype and other platforms to use it. Although it looks pretty nice.

It's main purpose is for regular users that would like to get PM notifications while alt-tabbed. We currently only use IRC echo for staff members so this would be the quickest way to notify the user of a new PM without having to consistently TAB-In/Out. Thanks for your input

Its great

It's a nice idea, but I can't see it being used that much.

I agree.
If this were on a server, I'd only think administrators/moderators would actually use it. Else, it's not really needed.
And you'd also get a lot of people who wouldn't want to run it, purely because it's an .exe.

Most servers don't allow you to alt-tab so I don't see this being used much, but it looks nice.
