It's pretty neat, but why did you post it separate to the IOS compatible website? It would be easier if you merged the two threads. Still, really nice. I'd like to check out your server. It sounds like it has some cool features here.

Something tells me that he uses the BlueG socket plugin.

Basically it has a login screen; which I use with my in-game login information. After logging in this program turns into a "system tray" application which accepts sockets from the server (PM messages).

This looks nice! I am guessing you used Visual Basic or Visual C#?

Are you sure people are going to use this? I think this is quite useless since you have IRC, Skype and other platforms to use it. Although it looks pretty nice.

It's main purpose is for regular users that would like to get PM notifications while alt-tabbed. We currently only use IRC echo for staff members so this would be the quickest way to notify the user of a new PM without having to consistently TAB-In/Out. Thanks for your input

It's a nice idea, but I can't see it being used that much.

I agree.

If this were on a server, I'd only think administrators/moderators would actually use it. Else, it's not really needed.

And you'd also get a lot of people who wouldn't want to run it, purely because it's an .exe.

Most servers don't allow you to alt-tab so I don't see this being used much, but it looks nice.

It would be useful for if an admin messages you: "Respond otherwise you'll be kicked for being AFK in 1 minute"

Also for important messages as an admin.
