I have recently made something along the lines of a filter script, however its not in the filter script format as per say so where would I post it?

haha that's not what I meant, I have created an addition to a game mode with instructions behind the installation of the command. Now from what I can see that doesn't classify as a filterscript, so is there any where to post it or would I be better off making a filterscript from it prior to posting?
