after i go to 192.168.1.1, i type

you should only need TCP. Safe to go with both. Set the Lan and Wan port to 7777 (if you're running a server). Name the port what you'r like. The Lan ip address is your computer's ip on the network. If you're on windows do ipconfig in the command prompt. Use the IPv4 of your network adapter. Should be 192.168.1.[something]

SA-MP uses UDP, mainly. Maybe TCP for client messages, I'm not sure.
