USUMYMW isn't a cheat. But UZUMYMW is.
So, change your

pawn Code:

if(!strcmp("USUMYMW", text, true) && strlen(text)==strlen("USUMYMW") && GTACodes == true)

to

pawn Code:

if(!strcmp("UZUMYMW", text, true) && strlen(text) == strlen("UZUMYMW") && GTACodes == true)
