hello i just wanna share my story with u guys what happened was i used to play on 1 guys server then he closed the server and opened a new one , i was chosen hr manager there i used to talk to that guy on skype alot just for fun for chill and all and used to ask some questions.. he thought i was being cheeky so i realized my mistake and i said sorry like 10000 times ... and fired me after a day or two he again hired me but as level 3 admin i was satisfied but there was a topic in forums about how to get admin and all so i just wrote wait for owner to comment and he again banned me , for reason,very judemental with players i always wanted to see server growing i always tried to advertise that server everywhere i wanted to and brought players too , now he fired me and i am hopeless i was hr manager in 3-4 servers too... anyway i wish him best of luck for his server.
p.s - if u need a hr manager i am pro in that add me on skype aayush.kalia

Oh, when it said you got fired in the title, I thought you were talking about being fired from a proper job. It was either that or you were being 'fired' from a cannon. Anyway, i'm sure you can cope without that burdenous job. I mean, the pay was probably poor anyway. You're lucky if anything to be fired from that job. Maybe now you can get a proper job where your boss doesn't treat you like dirt.
