No they're not, but if you want unlimited (something?), you will just have to pay like everyone else. There's no such thing as a free lunch..

110mb is free untill you hit the 110mb storage, if you want more MB or brandwith it will cost you some money ofc.

Actually, the term "unlimited" when it comes to hosting doesn't mean what everyone thinks it does. Unlimited can better he defined as unmetered. Meaning your usage won't be limited.

Just get a forum and use .tk.
It's pretty good for people that can't pay for hosting etc. My advice is that you're probably too young to be investing in this stuff if you can't afford to do it properly. I'd probably not undertake server owning/hosting up unless you're mature enough to do so. It's tough work and costs a lot of money and time committment.
