does any1 know what the best (free) software to use to record videos on SAMP??

VH Toolkit maybe?
you will find FRAPS useful aswell, but the latest version is shareware = pay for it for all features.
CH is fully functional, has a buttload of features etc...

edit: i updated the link to the developers "new" site, i used a quite old version.
have a look especially at http://www.splitmedialabs.com/media-...screen-capture - thats what you need.

aw one more question. how do you get a signuture like yours?

? i copied a thumbnail image from a *******video, pasted it into a table. the options for f.ex. adding a link are the same as in replying to a topic.

edit: heres the code for a simple table as in my sig. i removed some stuff recently:
