Lets say you play multiple servers and you found this 1 server...but this server requires a new Img file for you to see mapping...Would you or would you NOT join this server due to you having to switch out of IMG files each time you want to play a different server?

Also lets throw in this scenario you have a mind of a kid who doesn't trust files...So how would you go along on saying "Is this trustable" or Not?

If the server has a good reputation and it is "good" then maybe some players will download the file. But most, probably will not and will cost you a lot of players. Play MTA for custom img files.

If the server had been around for years, had a reputation, I trusted it, and I was a player then yes.

Ok so, me personally the server would be to be really good, and I mean really amazing for me having to do the effort to change the IMG file every time I want to play on a different server, I would have to see videos, pictures and everything to judge whether it was worth it or not. With your new scenario, it kinda depends really if you have a sort of kid who is a sucker for a good server and will do anything he has to to join, it'll make the same thing apply to me, he will really have to love the server. But if the kid has had past experience of non trusted files, I don't think he will even bother to play on the server. And also these are the assumptions that they want to be regular players, if a new lazy guy comes there's no way he will bother this, and by you implementing this I really don't think it's a good idea, it'll throw away a lot of players.
