Download the SA-MP 0.3x version then put your GM , FS , etc. on the SA-MP 0.3x then try to start it , If you can not do it Add me on skype and i will tell you

Go to sa-mp.com and visit the downloads section.

There you can find the development tools and necessary components for making a server. Of course there are Gamemodes, Plugins and more located free in this forum to help you with your work.

Idk what you're asking. Click server.cfg and configure it, then click server.exe. Then search for it on SAMP client

One tip if you dont know how to script or you dont have any expirience in leading server dont open it.

download from www.sa-mp.com

0.3x windows server then download it

then download a game mode rpg gang wars etc

open server.cfg with notepad write rcon password the name players etc

and finally open samp server then your server is ready if you have a host like me 192.168 then portforward or use hamachi like me

Portfoward is used to be able to run a SAMP server at home and have others join, without the need for Hamachi or Tungle etc.
