Only recently my gta sa has started to lag beyond belief, When i join any server or single player to just lags and lag i could run the game on the highest setting with not problems its since i've installed ARMA 3/ARMA 2/OA its started doing it, i can run all three of the games above on Medium settings so i don't know why gta sa is lagging so much, If anyone can help me then please feel to comment on what you think i can do to fix this problem.
Thanks in advance.

Hoovering (vacuming) causes static in the computer then the hardware can break, if i'm not mistaken.

Get an SSD instead, once you go SSD you never go HDD again. If you have the money of course.

Uninstall your mods or re-install your GTA SA and SA:MP.

This is true. I mean we hoovered the cheap PC out because it was FULL of dust and it wasn't a serious concern if it broke, but if your computer is expensive or very important to you then I'd find a more manual way of cleaning the dust out.
Oh laptop. Is your laptop over-heating? Mine used to get really warm around the vent area/where the GPU was.
