Hey i was thinking is there any possibility that is Script you can put some vehicle or ped mod so other can see it to like in MTA?

Any mod,if it works with GTA SA,then I am Damn sure would work on mta,samp or whatever.

No you dont get me...If i instal a mod on Samp server for let's say Buffalo vehicle...And other people have same mod but they didnt download it it is server's mod like in MTA

And yes,sometimes,if you install too much mods,it would ruin your gta sa.So keep a copy of gta sa somewhere and don't download toooo much mods.

Nah,you can't do that.It's easy.Download a mod you like,and tell your members to download that mod too.Give them a link of that mod.You can't install server's mod.

Just to clear this up,
Essentially what you're asking for is vehicle modifications that synchronise with all players in a server, right?
This is not possible in SA-MP, and if I remember rightly, will never be (security reasons). If you want people to have the same modifications you will need to ask them to download and install the same modification that you have.
Personally, I think synchronised modifications would create more problems than additions as it would require extra security checks, server owners could send "corrupt" files or files that aren't actually what they should be. It would also reduce performance as the server would have to start serving out downloads and what not, unless it were done from a web interface - although the server would still have to partly manage issuing the modifications and download links!
I'm no SA-MP developer, but just from a web application developer's perspective this seems like a long, tedious task for something that is really unnecessary and would reduce playing time anyway.

I thought server owners could add in additional skins? But this is not MTA, SAMP has no client-side functions unfortunately.
