I've recently made my own roleplay server that I'm really desperate to make! I've got all the scripts, everything is working how it should, I've tried it out myself. I decided to let my friend come on so he could help me set it up. He couldn't come on because on his client it always said something like '(Retrieving info.....) (serverip):7777'. I then tried it twice with my other friend and he couldn't either. I really want to have my roleplay server so if anyone can help then please reply.

You're going to need to port forward your server...

Also, this should be under server support not client support.

Are you hosting it from your own PC or from some other host?

This is something to do with your internet connection.

if you are using::localhost:7777 to connect that's your LAN
if you can't use your ip to connect::internet problem
