People use a screen recorder (fraps,bandicam,ect) to record their footage. They then edit it inside a professional editing program such as after effects, or Sony Vegas.

For Recording use : Fraps etc
For Editing use : Sony vegas etc but if you are new in it then i suggest you To use Movie Maker to edit your video.
To Record video with diff angles use Cam Hack
