Im sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

In SAMP map editor i would like to know if it is possible or how to move these floors,
because i would prefer to copy and move the whole load of floors rather than individually duplicate and move them

You can move it with the arrow keys. However you need to duplicate it unless you want a gap in the road on the other side depending on the size of object.
