I've been wondering, since i never tested[and currently i can't], are the nicknames on the sa-mp client case sensitive or case insensitive?

I'm not quite sure what you mean...

If I connect to a server with the username RealCop228, then nobody can connect with the following usernames:

[DiGiTaL_AnGeL]

They are case sensitive.

EDIT : @realcop : I tried it on 0.3e and it works ?

Just to make sure that i don't get problems in the future, i'll keep working with case insensitive.
