there's a clear lack of consistency, it looks like you got your main inspiration from the metro theme from win8, however it does not follow the basics of that style.
The background is very organic, and has a lot of curved lines in the picture.
The main elements are a mix between curved, straight lines, flat colours, gradients which doesn't match itself and the elements are aligned in an organic way (not aligned to fixed straight lines).
And the colour palette is a mess
I rate it a 0/10
