One more question, what is the normal wheels component ID for the vehicles, like i'm making a modding shop and if he don't want to buy it, so it will put the old component again?
I can't find the wheel id.

Default wheels are saved in a vehicle's respective dff (model) file. Try RemoveVehicleComponent.
