i seen that so many are using the gamemode like NR:Gaming in 0.3c. I thought that the NR gaming is The edit of that Gamemode. Please help me. anyone know about this 0.3c gamemode please give me the link here or through pvt msg. you can also connect me with skype and ********.

It is most likely their private gamemode script if you can't find it anywhere. Also, what's the point of starting a new community if the script is going to be downloaded from the internet? There are already about 1000 servers using pre-made scripts. (Please don't say that your server is a RP server, please!)

-repping people because they think there are already too many RP servers in samp?
Literally every week about 3 new RP servers are started and most of them go down because there aren't enough players in the whole world to be playing in all of those 800 different RP servers!!

Try and create a server ...like a DM server or something.. or a COD server. For your first server i would suggest a DM server.
