Pwn file help!
#1

So i was compiling my gamemode when suddenly my Power went down and my pc closed ... when i opened my pc and my notepad++ what do i see ? my gamemode is black , not eaven a single line of code (but at the size of file it's still 1836KB)...

Can somebody help me recover the code from it ? I have not done a backup since 3 weeks ... i don't want to take it all over again ... i can't even remember all the things i have changed to it...

Please help me !

Looks like your kind of screwed, remember if your data doesn't exist in two places it doesn't exist.

While I was compiling the whole computer crashed and the pawn file was bugged! Everything was white space. Fortunately, I didn't give up and I found a program called Recuva, you can get it here in case this happens to you: http://www.piriform.com/recuva/download. It recovered my file perfectly in a few seconds. I have over 10 back up of the files but I worked a lot on it today and I almost lost 1 day of work.
Well, everything is back online! And i'm saving everything to a back up drive before compiling now.

Make sure you don't do the same mistake as me, because if your computer restarts or crash while you are compiling your pawn source, your source file will become white spaces, even with an hex editor, it will show 00s everywhere.
Thought maybe this would help you out. (?)
