All of my favorites are online but when I start SA-MP they don't allow me to connect. They all say 0/0 online and when I click Internet and Hosted it doesn't work. I disabled my anti-virus and firewall but it still didn't work. I'm on XP. I have AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 2013.

Have you checked your ISP? You may be firewalled from online games. This is common at schools and other public places. Maybe you need ultrasurf, if that's the case.

Easiest way to fix such an issue. If you're using Windows, do the following...
Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore.
In System Restore, select a date where it WASN'T an issue. This will not effect any saved documents, don't worry.
It will restore your computer back to where it was working. Good luck!

I almost forgot.
You may be using an outdated SAMP Client. The current is 0.3x, and 0.3x servers don't work on outdated clients.

I've reinstalled it but it doesn't work. SOMETIMES it works if I restart my computer though.
