Ok , now it gets in the game , works for 15 seconds and then freezes.

Did you unblock GTA with Windows firewall?

Also try to run as administrator

Still freezes. And it's annoying because I need to sign out of windows and log in again every time (Task Mananger won't show , nor Alt+Tab)

Run GTA using SAMP, not gtasa.exe

I had this yesterday
Do this:
Make a new map on your desktop and call it whatever u want.
Move your GTA SA folder to there.
Open samp connect to the server. It will ask u to give the path to the gta folder. Do that and start it up.
Now it should be all fine again.
