Hi.

My friend is facing problem with starting SA-MP, it has been started since a few days ago. We have tried a few methods of such as:
i) Re-installing the whole game.
ii) Adding missing files.

Heres a tip that helped me, my friends, even people around the world that I know that said these words - "I reinstalled it, adding the missing files, etc.." I found out that if you make another account on your computer, and you test That gta_sa.exe. It will work. Just a simple tip that might JUST help you Hope it helps!

If so, try renaming your GTA directory from GTA San Andreas to something like GTA SA. People have had luck with that. Otherwise, making a new user account and playing SA:MP from that works for some people too!

I recommend doing a System Restore like I always do. Select a date before the problem started and restore!
