I just downloaded SA-MP 0.3x Windows Server
But the problem is, it only loads the first filescript

I have these filescipts in server.cfg

filterscripts gl_actions gl_realtime gl_property gl_mapicon ls_mall attachments skinchanger vspawner

I used /rcon varlist and it showed

Only the first filescript was loaded

Whenever your server is up and running, attempt to log into your RCON admin account via /rcon login [password].
Next when you have Successfully logged into your admin account, use /rcon loadfs [Filterscript name here]

If you are using another script rather than grandlarc, remove all the filterscripts in the filterscripts line in server.cfg
