I don't think it is supported though, judging from a few articles I read. You could easily use skin mods though.

It does not exist in SA:MP, no. This is because the skin only appears in a cutscene. A 'proper' model doesn't exist for it.

The problem with skin mods is that only you and other players which use it as a replacement for the exact same skin can see it.
