So I downloaded the Godfather Reloaded gamemode from the forum, and then I started it up..

I ran the game and it just says The server didn't respond, retrying..

I looked and the server was still running..

How do I fix this?

You need to download the samp 0.3x server files and replace samp-server.exe, samp-npc.exe and announce.exe with the ones you downloaded.

Search for this plugin:

.dll <--- Whirlpool.dll

.so <---Whirlpool.so

DIFFERENCE: the difference between this 2 plugins it's that .so is for "Linux" and the .dll is for "Windows".
Download what you must download.

no no no dude i will tell you the problem first go to your gamemode file (godfather) and compile it again !

Are you using the correct IP?

If you're on the same computer, add 127.0.0.1ort to your favorites. If in the same LAN but different computer, use ipconfig to check the IPv4 address. If on a totally different computer away from the hosting computer, use the public IP of the host.

Check to make sure that your SA-MP client version corresponds with the server version which you can see when you click on the server just once in the server browser. The basic information about the server (which includes the version) is displayed on the bottom-right side of the window.
