Have you removed mods/Reinstalled?
I only found another thread on the same crash elsewhere, but didn't have a solution.

You should try this out, it's a tutorial which i wrote for a community where i play, it shows how you can watch if your GTA SA images missing any entries.

A lot of people just remove mods and forget to install there backups. ^^
