i was on P:la and an newbie joined with little rp, 2 minutes later he was banned
why do p:la ban people for petty reasons

Who the hell cares? This forum doesn't deal with specific servers' issues. This is a forum about either SA:MP scripting, or assistance with running/using the SA:MP server, or SA:MP client.
Obviously, there are sections for just general discussion, but that's on every forum.
