It usually looks like the top image witch i am starting to get annoyed with, it happens every time i am on the server NGRP and only that server, i am not sure what the problem is but i'd like someone to help me fix it.

Things i have tried already:
*Re-installing
* Changing the Display settings to the lowest possible
*Deleting the GTA_SA.set
*Re installing samp

But here is my problem, i do NOT want to get rid of the mods, and i believe the mods do not have anything to do with the problem because this is only happening on the NGRP server and just that server for some odd reason.

If you know what the problem is and how to fix it tell me and if it does work you will get a REP.

I guess in that place there are lots of MTA! or big amount of cars is around you.

Everytime on NGRP only? Hmm I dont think its related with your pc or w.e but i also dont think its related to internet.

You seem like you have a lot of mods, but if theres a server with a TON of people, that means your skins will be on alot of things. So idnt have you tried to play w/o mods?

Well as you guys said that players could be an issue, the other servers i visit sometimes for a test sometimes get to 600 players and that is when i am on and i still get this lag. I am pretty sure my mods do not have to do with it and my internet is perfectly fine, i have player without the mods and i still come up with this only on NGRP for some very odd reason. I am going to test it once again, see if it lags but in the meantime try to come up with ideas to fix the problem, thanks guys.

as far i know, it's called "flicker" bug... this is because you have too many mods (as shown in the screen), it's happened on that server because probably the server has a lot of models and textures (objects, skins(players), vehicles) to draw and load. it's not really the server issue, but the client.
Solution: Remove your mods, you said it's fine? don't you look the exception code in that screen? isn't that caused by mods?
Or lower your settings (so textures number and quality can be reduced), but it doesn't really work at all (oh nvm, you said it's not working).

If you can't see objects that is far away, increase the draw distance.

ctrl+alt+del check what is using your processing power or Memory, if you see nothing suspicious, you might have a virus, or a RAT on your computer.

Also PM me the IP of the server, I might join :P

Coolguy. NGRP is the most famous English Roleplay server out, i think you can simply ****** it. Robo_N1X, dude thanks for your help, it really did help me, you will be winning my rep and the others who tried to help thanks but you guys did not solve the problem, thanks to all!
