I got a problem.
I set up the server.cfg
When i open the samp-server.exe there's an error
* Streamer Plugin: Include file version <0x26105> does not match plugin version <0x26104> <script needs to be recompiled with the include file>
What's that mean?

Like it says(not this detailed, but this is what to do), download the latest streamer package, and 'install' it properly ,then recompile all the script's you're using.

How to recompile all scripts?

If you've installed it correctly, by replacing the streamer.inc in the pawno>include file, open up pawno (pawno.exe), and open the scripts you use, which have streamer included (#include streamer).
Then press F5, and if it compiles, you're done, if not, then you have to solve the errors/warnings (if you can't do it yourself ask it in the scripting help forum).

New problem: I finished making a server. I opened the samp-server.exe. The scripts loaded successfully. But my server didn't appear in samp.exe

Do you want to play alone, or do you want it to be visible for friends?
If you want it to be visible for friends, you can portforward your router, or rent a server at a hosting company.

Portforward:

This is a common question asked throughout the forums on a regular basis. Basically you need to forward your ports. You can find the most comprehensive guides here:http://www.portforward.com/english/r...outerindex.htm
Rent a server at a hosting company

If the server is running on your computer, you need to add localhost:port to your favorites list.

If you want to rent a server at a hosting company, then yes, mostly you have to pay for it.
The portforwarding, allows you to set-up your router for free, because you do it yourself, once done that, everyone can join trough your public IP (whatsmyip.org will show your public IP).
And, if you want to play with people in the same network, you have to give them your local IP, this can be found by doing the following:

Run cmd.exe, the command prompt.
Now, type ipconfig and press enter.
Now, scroll up a little until you see the text 'IPv4 Address'.
The IP you see there, is your computer's ID, so if people in the same network want to join, they have to type that IP+the port you run your server on (default is 7777).
An example of a good local adress you add to your samp favorites list is: 192.168.0.14:7777 .

Like I said, in the same network, you have to get the IPv4 Address, using the method I described in my other post.
Then, to add it to samp.exe, press the orange button with a check mark in it, so a dialog pops up.
Then, enter the IPv4 Address there, with the port behind it.
If you haven't changed the port, it's 7777, so it will look like IPv4 Address:7777
My sa-mp server takes 189Mb disk space now, and I'm not sure about the bandwith, that depends on how much players you have connected I think..
