i see numbers in it.. %1, %2 and %3 ... what do they do there?

Yeah I know lol.

%1 blabla carries over parameters, like

#define IsPlayerNotAdmin(%1) !IsPlayerAdmin(%1)

I think.

why should i use dcmd? they say it's faster, but isn't a normal command fast enough?
