When i join any server it says you are banned from this server, i restarted my router and PC and same problem happened (0.3e and 0.3x).
I also reinstalled SAMP and still same problem
what should i do?

Maybe you're SA:MP banned or your internet is lagging,does it freezes for some seconds after it shows ''Connecting to IP...''?

Try not to play SAMP For 2-3 Hours i had same problem and it really helped me try to play some other game on your computer..
