ServerFFS is best for price, not cheapest, but you get reliable hosting.

KingJ has great hosting too and it's quite cheap. I suggest you check out Deluxe-Host and KingJ.

serverz.co.uk is the cheapest i could get without overloading servers (but it is very cheap)

I am currently under a sponsorship with Extreme Servers aka www.x-serverz.com, they have excellent service and great speed and up time. I would seriously check them out sometime, they also host a lot of servers in samp including an official server.
