Is there any way to do the following?

Well, for example, I will give an example of what I'm trying to make... (not exactly that).

For example, I want to use the OnPlayerKeyStateChange callback, making key SPRINT (space), apply an animation and a variable rise to 1, and can not be used SPRINT until it finishes running the same (to use it may, but the variable will not increase at 1).

It is for a system that I am doing, it was perfect, except for the callback, that does not work to my liking, since one can use every 0.5 seconds the SPRINT key (even more, depends on the speed of each) and the variable increases in exaggerated form.
