As the title explains, so the question is will Gta V effect SA-MP?,Like less players amount,I guess so..

Players who can run GTA V will probably play it. But it'll be depending on the multiplayer it'll have if these players will keep on playing SA:MP or not.

I doubt it would have any direct affect on the player amount, possibly for the first week as people are playing GTAV.

Unless GTAV allow's you to directly create gamemodes and such like SA-MP I don't see any affect at all.

Unless it's announced for PC I'd say it will have some affect but there will always be people on SA-MP.

Nope.GTA IV didn't.. why would GTA V affect it?
Also sa-mp works on almost all computers.. GTA V doesn't(and by that i mean you need to have a somewhat good computer to run it..).
Will see tho.. but i don't think so.

Sure, people will be playing GTA:V for the first few weeks, but it won't affect SA:MP's population since we are all obviously PC gamers and GTA:V isn't even being released on the PC at this time.

If it will be released on the PC then it might but I doubt it.
Unless the team is planning on designing multiplayer to be similar to SA-MP (i.e. minimal sync to increase player capacity and the ability to allow players to design their own servers) but that will never happen.
