Is there any list of the rate of fire of guns at the maximum skill?

So amount of shots fired per minute.

firing speed is the same i believe, Only the way of handling a gun changes.

A desert eagle fired slower than a M4, in example.

But how many bullets does a M4 shoot per minute/second? :P

All i know is that they do not shoot faster by leveling weapon level.

Just time how long it takes to empty a magazine. If there's 50 bullets (as in the case of the M4) then if it takes 10 seconds it's 5 rounds per second and 300 rounds per minute. Simple maths!

you'd have to check weapon.dat, it has the fire rates in there, and all other weapon stats. pretty sure how many shots are fired as based on animation speeds (I just checked actually, and yes). so, it will be very depending on your FPS as to how quickly it will shoot, and there would be no definitive fire rate per minute.

if you were going to use a timer for something to detect something with fire speeds of people's game, I wouldn't. sounds like a huge problem to me especially with pausing.

Or, yeah, as MP2 said, if you REALLLY NEEEED IT, get a stopwatch, get your sibling to start it the moment you start shooting, and yeah, ammo/stopwatch time.
